I came to Pune in Dec after a gap of more than a year and I too experienced the drastic jump in traffic and sheer lack of concern to traffic regulations. The roads have improved thanks to the Commonwealth Youth Games, but apart from that everything else seems to have detoriated. Hope and pray things improve. Keep writing... Dude, those pictures depict such a sad story.
