This Saturday, I headed to a random place in Evanston, The Grosse Point Lighthouse. The place was just fine, well maintained over the century, but what caught my eyes, and certainly my camera’s lens, was the beautiful Lake Michigan once again :)
Wanna see the pics?
I stay pretty close to the Northwestern University, and the city of Evanston is kind of centered around the NU Campus. NU was founded by John Evans, and the city of Evanston owes its name to him!
Kellogg School of Management, one of the top ranked management schools in the world. Noteworthy alumni list includes Philip Kotler and Andris Zoltners (The “Z” in ZS:)
The Grosse Point Lighthouse was the first lighthouse on the North Chicago shore and is a historic place.
An architects model of the GP Lighthouse.
Lake Michigan, ever so blue, just like the sky above :)
Hero No. 1 :P
Have feet, will travel :)

Some go fast…
And some just sail with the wind :)
Some walk ever so elegantly on the sands, touching the waves as they touch the shore…
Maple leaves, fallen in fall…
